NOTE: AS OF DECEMBER 26, WE ARE SOLD OUT OF BOOTHS TAND TABLE SPACES AT THE EXPO. HOWEVER, WE DO HAVE RACE DAY FINISH LINE FESTIVAL TENT SPACES AVAILABLE. THEY CAN BE CHOSEN AS 10X10 BOOTH, AND THE 'FL' NUMBERS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE INTERACTIVE MAP.
CELEBRATE THE STATESMAN CAPITOL 10,000!
When the Cap10K was off to the races in 1978, it had 3,400 participants. Looking forward to the 42nd, the local race has not only grown to become the largest 10K in Texas, but also the sixth largest in the nation. In 2018, more than 23,200 registered for the annual Austin tradition!
The Health & Fitness Expo is the beginning of the exciting Statesman Cap10K weekend. Located in beautiful downtown Austin, across from Lady Bird Lake, the expo takes place at the Palmer Events Center, on Friday and Saturday, April 5 and 6.
There are also tent spaces available on race day, Sunday, April 7 at the exciting finish line festival.

All exhibitors who plan to sample food or beverage will be required to pay a temporary food permit fee, $102.00. Be sure to include this payment with your booth reservation at checkout.
Event Terms and Cancellation Policy
The following categories are full. Applications for these categories will not be accepted. Due to sponsorship agreements, sales of the items listed below are not allowed at any time.
• Health Care including compression, massage, TENS units, and physical therapy.
• Chiropractic Organizations.
• Running Shoes: NO running or walking shoe sales or promotions allowed.
• Real Time Pain Relief.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Registration for a table or booth does not guarantee acceptance until you receive a confirmation e-mail. Payments will not be processed unless your application is accepted. Note that you will be required to provide a certificate of insurance at least two weeks prior to the expo. BOOTHS WILL BE HELD BUT NOT GUARANTEED OR RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL. Payment can be made chek only.
In case of an emergency, and your organization is unable to attend the expo, you can apply for a refund in writing. Full refund, less $100.00 administrative fee, if request is received prior to February 8, 2019. 50% refund, less $100.00 administrative fee, if request is received after February 8, 2019. No refund available after March 8, 2019.
