About This Event
Join your crew of motorcycle lovers for a spooky good time on Halloween weekend! Bikes, Babes and witches convene for a day and night of drinking, dancing and partying at Desert Wind Harley-Davidson's massive event space.
There is no other Halloween-weekend biker bash in the Valley so break out your best costume and get ready for a rockin good time! The event features live music, motorcycle shows, costume contests, the best vendors in the valley, food trucks and a whole host of spooky entertainment for your weary soul.
Retail, Food, Commercial and Non-Profit vendors welcome! Approved first year vendors will get first right of refusal for next year's event.
Vendors will be approved at a first come/first serve basis once quality of product and service has been evaluated. Spaces are limited and must be paid within 15 days of approval and/or no later than 15 days before event. Vendors' spaces not paid within 15 days of approval will be given to the next approved vendor in that category.
Vendors have the option to add electricity which must be added to your cart at check out for an additional fee.
Motorcycle riders ages 21-65.

Event Terms and Cancellation Policy
***We will provide each vendor with a 10x10 space or a 10x20 space. Vendor is required to provide all items needed for set up (table, chairs, tablecloths etc.). Vendors should carry their own liability insurance. Space assignments will be sent out the week before the event along with load-in instructions. Please arrive on time for load-in. Vendors must cancel within 7 days of event in order to be issued a refund.
Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance. You will be notified once your application has been accepted. Invoice for vendor fees must be paid within 15 days of acceptance to confirm space.
