About This Event

Mesa Bazaar is an artisan market celebrating all things local from home decor, vintage goods, and records to food and cocktails! The event, in its third year, juries a mix of unique and eclectic vendors known for quality goods in the local area. Downtown Mesa will leverage multiple resources to market the event as well as your business. Fill out your application in advance and make sure to include high quality photos of your product and booth set up so that we may include you in the thousands of dollars of marketing put into the success of the event and its participating vendors.

Please note, the submission of your application does not guarantee entry into the event. Vendors will be chosen based on product quality, booth set up and social media presence. All vendors must have applicable licenses with the city of Mesa and food permits with Maricopa County if selling food. Please acquire your tax permit by visiting City of Mesa Tax and Licensing online or in person.

All accepted vendors are required to post the event on their social media at least 4 times leading up to the event. Vendors who do not assist in promoting the event by posting at least 4 times will not be considered for future events.

*Please note, this event is for vintage, antique, handmade or personally designed items only (i.e. art, handmade jewelry, upcycled items, soaps and candles etc. T-shirts are okay as long as they are personally designed). Imported vendors at the discretion of the organizer. We will not accept independent distributors of any kind.

Please note that NO independent distributors will be allowed into the event. This includes but is not limited to: Lula Roe, Agnes and Dora, Norwex, Color Street, DoTerra, Gold Canyon Candles, Scentsy, It Works, Origami Owl, Isagenix etc.

Event Terms and Cancellation Policy

***Mesa Bazaar will provide each vendor with a 10x10 space or a 10x20 space. Vendor is required to provide all items needed for set up (table, chairs, tablecloths etc.). Vendors canopies must be white or branded to their business. No canopies from sports teams, Coleman or other branded camping tents will be accepted. Vendors should carry their own liability insurance. Space assignments will be sent out in advance of the event along with load-in instructions. Please arrive on time for load-in. Vendors who arrive within 30 minutes of event start will not be allowed to vend and will not be issued a refund. Vendors must cancel within 7 days of event in order to be issued a refund.

Mesa Bazaar is an event for local, handmade products. All vendors must make or design their own product. Vintage vendors and antique vendors will also be accepted after verification of quality by organizers. Imported items will be accepted at the discretion of organizers. Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance. You will be notified once your application has been accepted at which time your preauthorization of payment through Paypal will be converted to your vendor payment.
