About This Event
The 3M Half Marathon Expo is the beginning of an exciting weekend, where participants in the 3M Half Marathon can register for the race, pick up their packets and visit exhibitors and sponsors displaying everything and anything needed for running and walking and everyday life.
Downhill to Downtown!
This year there will be over 7,000 participants in the 3M Half Marathon, a fun and fast stand-alone half marathon boasting one of the fastest half marathon courses in the country. The point-to-point course is mostly downhill running that takes runners past some of Austin’s finest locations, and finishes downtown near the Texas State Capitol. Crossing the finish line, runners will receive a one-of-a-kind “spinner” finisher medal, and celebrate at the energetic finish line festival complete with a beer garden!
NOTE: Not only are booths available at the two-day expo at the Austin Convention Center on JANUARY 18-19, but also at the finish line festival on race day, JANUARY 20!

All exhibitors who plan to sample food or beverage will be required to pay a temporary food permit fee, $102.00. Be sure to add the Temporary Food Permit to your shopping cart at checkout with your booth reservation.

Registration for a table or booth does not guarantee acceptance until you receive a confirmation e-mail. Payments will not be processed unless your application is accepted. NO BOOTHS WILL BE HELD OR RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL. Payment can be made only by credit card online. We do not accept payments by check or cash.
Note that you will be required to provide a certificate of insurance at least two weeks prior to the expo.
In case of an emergency, and your organization is unable to attend the expo, you can apply for a refund in writing. A full refund, less a $100.00 administrative fee, will be granted, if a written request is received prior to November 23, 2018. A 50% refund, less a $100.00 administrative fee, will be granted, if a written request is received after November 23, 2018. There is no refund available after December 21, 2018.
